Roy Neufert established ownership of Global Warranty in 1987 and is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), leading the strategic planning of the organization, including the executive management team. Roy oversees the development and implementation of the organization’s objectives and identifies synergies to optimize future growth. The extended warranty industry has changed dramatically over the last few years and Neufert continues to lead the introduction of new programs to provide all customers with quality affordable peace of mind. He has extended his personal ethic and philosophy for honesty and integrity across the organization’s policies, vision and values and continues his dedication to corporate social responsibility. His vision has always been to be the best in the industry and to provide first class customer service to his Dealers, Customers and Repair Centers. Global Warranty head office is located in London, Ontario, Canada.

John Flaherty, National Sales Manager

John Flaherty has had a career in the automotive industry for over 30 years. He has conducted workshops and seminars throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and Central America for Manufacturers, Dealer Associations as well as individual Dealer Groups. John has been the lead trainer on numerous initiatives for Chrysler, General Motors, Honda and Volvo. He is an F&I specialist as well as a being recognized as the premier trainer for automotive salespeople. John has achieved his certificate in the “Guided Discovery” teaching methodology, widely acknowledged in the industry as the ultimate in adult learning. John has also held every position in the retail automotive industry from commissioned salesperson to V.P. and General Manager. Global Warranty is pleased to have John Flaherty as a senior leader in the organization.

Rosemary Olcsvary has been with Global Warranty for 20 years, and has held a position in almost every department in the company-from sales, to customer care, to dealer services and administration, Rose knows the company inside and out. Rose’s gifts for building and maintaining connections throughout our network make her an invaluable resource. We are pleased to have Rose’s tremendous energy and knowledge at the head of our Operations Department, overseeing our daily operations and helping drive the future of the company.

Brian’s expert mechanical knowledge and excellent team leadership make him invaluable as the leader of our world-class claims department. Norm Sutton, IT Manager / System Administrator

Norm Sutton joins our team with 20 years of automotive repair experience, and more than 8 years in the IT world. Norm manages Global Warranty's extensive IT infrastructure and support system, and ensures our systems are at the forefront of the industry. He maintains all systems within Global Warranty, as well as our corporate website. We are pleased to have Norm as part of the Global Warranty Team.
